Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá hiệu quả lâm sàng sau 6 tháng của khung da không tế bào có nguồn gốc từ lợn (PADM) trong phẫu thuật (PT) điều trị sang thương tụt nướu loại 1 (theo Cairo 2011) bằng kỹ thuật vạt hình thang di chuyển về phía thân răng (CAF). Kết quả: Có sự giảm có ý nghĩa thống kê (p<0,05) các giá trị RW, VAS ở cả hai nhóm sau 6 tháng phẫu thuật. Ở nhóm CAF + PADM, GT tăng rõ rệt sau phẫu thuật và tăng cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê (p<0,05) so với nhóm CAF. HKT sau PT 6 tháng ở cả hai nhóm tăng không đáng kể (p>0,05). Kết luận: Sau 6 tháng PT, CAF + PADM cho hiệu quả cải thiện độ che phủ chân răng và giảm nhạy cảm ngà tương tự như CAF tuy nhiên PADM góp phần cải thiện độ dày nướu giảm nguy cơ tái phát tụt nướu và suy giảm mô sừng hoá sau PT.
