Dị dạng động tĩnh mạch tử cung - Uterine Artery Malformation (Uterine AVM) là một tổn thương mạch máu hiếm gặp, có thể gây chảy máu tử cung nặng đe dọa tính mạng. Có nhiều phương pháp điều trị như điều trị nội khoa, can thiệp nội mạch, phẫu thuật, trong đó điều trị chủ yếu là can thiệp nội mạch chọn lọc, tuy nhiên, hiệu quả của phương pháp này trong kiểm soát AVM lâu dài vẫn còn tranh cãi. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp bệnh nhân nữ 32 tuổi bị AVM tử cung tái phát sau 3 lần nút mạch, kèm theo giãn tĩnh mạch buồng trứng và ổ giả phình, đặt ra thách thức trong chẩn đoán và điều trị.
