Mục tiêu: Đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống (CLCS) của người bệnh (NB) sau phẫu thuật (PT) gãy xương hàm mặt (GXHM) và mô tả một số yếu tố liên quan đến CLCS sau PT GXHM. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 60 NB được PT GXHM tại Bệnh viện E từ tháng 7/2021 đến tháng 4/2021. Đánh giá CLCS của NB bằng thang điểm OHIP-14 VN. Kết quả: CLCS của NB GXHM sau 1 tháng PT cải thiện có ý nghĩa thống kê so với trước PT. Các đặc điểm trình độ học vấn, mức thu nhập hàng tháng, bệnh kèm theo, biến chứng PT và tình trạng cố định hàm sau PT có ảnh hưởng đến CLCS của NB sau 1 tháng PT GXHM.
