U mỡ là u lành tính thường phát triển chậm, ít triệu chứng. Tuy nhiên u mỡ ở lưỡi hiếm gặp. Phẫu thuật cắt bỏ u là phương pháp điều trị chính. Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi báo cáo trường hợp bệnh nhân nam 53 tuổi vào viện vì khối u ở lưỡi. Qua khám lâm sàng kết hợp chụp cộng hưởng từ kết quả là u mỡ vùng lưỡi phải có kích thước lớn 60 x 53 x 53mm. Bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật cắt bỏ khối u thành công và được theo dõi định kỳ sau 3 năm ổn định. Qua ca lâm sàng này, chúng tôi hồi cứu lại về lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và kết quả điều trị trong y văn.
