Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục đích đánh giá tính chất xâm lấn tại chỗ liên quan tới khả năng cắt bỏ ung thư đầu tụy trên cắt lớp vi tính đa dãy. Liên quan của khối u với mạch máu được chia thành các cấp độ A (không liên quan), B (thâm nhiễm), C (xâm lấn) và D (tắc mạch). Chúng tôi lựa chọn được 105 bệnh nhân (BN) được chẩn đoán ung thư ngoại tiết đầu tụy trên CLVT 64 dãy từ 1/2020 đến 8/2022 tại bệnh viện Việt Đức. Kết quả cho thấy các mức độ liên quan của khối u với động mạch thân tạng (ĐMTT), động mạch mạc treo tràng trên (ĐM MTTT), động mạch gan chung (ĐMGC) và tĩnh mạch mạc treo tràng trên (TM MTTT) có ảnh hưởng tới khả năng cắt bỏ hết u sau phẫu thuật. Ngoài ra chẩn đoán di căn hạch vùng của u tụy trên CLVT đa dãy có độ chính xác 42%, đánh giá xâm lấn tá tràng có độ chính xác 87%.
