Subjects: 62 patients were diagnosed with Multiple myeloma according to the criteria of IMWG 2016. Methods: Cross-sectional desciption. Results and conclusion: Patients in the ISS III group had a higher rate of plasma cells in the blood than the ISS II and ISSI groups. The percentage of positive CD 20 on plasma cells of the ISS III group was 56.6%, 25.0% higher than that of the ISS II group and the ISS I group was 10.5%.
