Abstract
Surgical anastomosis due to trauma by placing a silicone tube directly into the lumen of the tear duct brings high results for the anatomical and functional restoration of the ruptured tear duct. The treatment to prevent sequelae of lacrimation after trauma, should be done early to avoid affecting the patient's life. This technique is simple and easy to perform with the help of a surgical microscope and a specialized kit. Therefore, it can be widely applied at ophthalmology facilities, hospitals with ophthalmology departments nationwide.
