Ung thư dạ dày đứng hàng thứ 5 trong các loại ung thư thường gặp (1), trong đó 90% ung thư phát triển từ lớp niêm mạc của dạ dày. Điều trị hóa chất bổ trợ sau mổ giữ vai trò rất quan trọng trong điều trị đa mô thức giúp cải thiện thời gian sống thêm sau mổ. Tuy nhiên đáp ứng điều trị còn tùy thuộc vào giai đoạn bệnh, loại tế bào và sự dung nạp thuốc của người bệnh. Qua đây chúng tôi muốn thông báo lâm sàng và điểm lại y văn một trường hợp ung thư dạ dày giai đoạn muộn được phẫu thuật và đáp ứng tốt với điều trị hóa chất phác đồ EOX.
