FACTORS RELATED TO PATIENT SATISFACTION AT THE NATIONAL HOSPITAL OF ENDOCRINOLOGY IN 2023

Abstract

Objective: To analyze some factors related to patient satisfaction with outpatient care at the National Hospital of Endocrinology. Subjects and methods: The study description is conducted by over 405 patients from 18 years old at the the National Hospital of Endocrinology. Results: The research results showed that the patient was satisfied with 78.8%. The patient came to the second and the 3rd and higher time to be satisfied than the patient who came to the first examination for the first time of 1.8 (AOR: 1.8; 95%CI: 1.15 - 3.4) and 2.11 (AOR: 2.11; 95%CI: 1.17 - 5.2). Civil servants/officials/offices are 1.98 times higher than the free laborer (Aor: 1.98; 95%CI: 1.1 - 4.3). Conclusion: 78,8% Patients were satisfied with the quality of outpatient care at the National Hospital of Endocrinology. The number of exams and occupations is related to the satisfaction of the patients. The hospital should continue to improve the quality of services to better meet the needs of patients.
