Đặt vấn đề: Lupus ban đỏ hệ thống (SLE) là một bệnh tự miễn phức tạp với biểu hiện lâm sàng đa dạng. Đã có nhiều báo cáo mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng của SLE tại nước ta, tuy nhiên chưa có nghiên cứu nào đề cập đến nhóm lần đầu được chẩn đoán theo tiêu chuẩn EULAR/ACR 2019. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 37 người bệnh lần đầu tiên được chẩn đoán SLE theo bộ tiêu chí EULAR/ACR 2019 tại Trung tâm Dị ứng Miễn dịch lâm sàng, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai trong thời gian từ tháng 10 năm 2024 đến tháng 8 năm 2025. Kết quả: Nữ giới là đối tượng chủ yếu với tỷ lệ nữ/nam là 5,2/1, nhóm tuổi 20-40 thường gặp nhất. Tổn thương huyết học thường gặp nhất, được ghi nhận ở 94,6% đối tượng nghiên cứu, tổn thương thận xác định ở 62,2% các trường hợp. Kháng thể kháng nhân dương tính ở toàn bộ các trường hợp, trong đó kiểu hình homogeneous thường gặp nhất trên miễn dịch huỳnh quang. Kháng thể kháng chuỗi kép DNA cũng gặp ở 97,3% người bệnh. Xét về mức độ hoạt động bệnh, đối tượng nghiên cứu chủ yếu ở nhóm hoạt động mạnh hoặc rất mạnh. Kết luận: Nhóm người bệnh SLE lần đầu được chẩn đoán tại Trung tâm Dị ứng Miễn dịch lâm sàng Bệnh viện Bạch Mai chủ yếu thuộc nhóm bệnh hoạt động mạnh/rất mạnh và tổn thương huyết học, thận là những biểu hiện lâm sàng thường gặp nhất.
