Mục tiêu: Đánh giá đặc điểm lâm sàng và kết quả phẫu thuật tái tạo dây chằng bên ngoài khớp cổ chân bằng kỹ thuật InternalBrace tại Bệnh viện Quân y 175. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, mô tả loạt ca theo dõi dọc trên 23 bệnh nhân (21 nam, 2 nữ; tuổi trung bình 25 ± 7,9) được phẫu thuật tái tạo dây chằng bên ngoài khớp cổ chân theo kỹ thuật InternalBrace. Kết quả và kết luận: Đánh giá theo thang điểm FAOS và FAAM cho thấy 22/23 (95,65%) trường hợp đạt kết quả tốt–rất tốt; 01 trường hợp mức trung bình. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy phẫu thuật tái tạo dây chằng bên ngoài khớp cổ chân bằng kỹ thuật InternalBrace có hiệu quả tốt phục hồi độ vững của khớp cổ chân, phương pháp này giúp bệnh nhân phục hồi nhanh và tập phục hồi chức năng sớm.
