Bệnh Parkinson là một bệnh lý thoái hóa thần kinh, biểu hiện bởi cả triệu chứng vận động và các triệu chứng ngoài vận động. Tỷ lệ mắc bệnh Parkinson tăng theo tuổi và ảnh hưởng đến 1% dân số trên 60 tuổi 1. Kể từ những năm 1960, có nhiều tiến bộ đã nhấn mạnh các cơ chế đa dạng góp phần vào sinh lý của các rối loạn vận động như suy giảm chất truyền dopamine, thay đổi mạng lưới vòng lặp giữa hạch nền và vỏ não, tính dẻo vỏ não. Phương pháp kích thích từ trường xuyên sọ lặp lại (rTMS) có vai trò quan trọng trong điều trị đa mô thức trên người bệnh Parkinson. Tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Tâm Anh, chúng tôi thiết kế nghiên cứu trên 45 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán bệnh Parkinson điều trị từ tháng 6/2025 đến tháng 11/2025. Kết quả ghi nhận hiệu quả dựa trên hai thang điểm, điểm UPDRS III và điểm Schwab và England. Trong nghiên cứu của chúng tôi, bệnh nhân được điều trị rTMS mang lại sự cải thiện trên cả triệu chứng vận động và khả năng hoạt động sống hàng ngày.
