Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ nhận diện hạch lính gác (HLG) và độ tương hợp giữa tỉnh trạng di căn HLG và hạch vùng trong ung thư dương vật (UTDV) cN0 nguy cơ cao. Đối tượng, phương pháp: mô tả loạt ca 50 trường hợp carcinôm tế bào gai dương vật T2-4 cN0 hay Grad 3 được sinh thiết hạch lính gác (STHLG) dưới hướng dẫn của chất đồng vị phóng xạ và so sánh với tình trạng hạch bẹn sau khi nạo. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ nhận diện HLG là 100% theo bệnh nhân và 94% theo vùng bẹn. Độ nhạy, đặc hiệu, độ chính xác, tỷ lệ âm tính giả của STHLG lần lượt là 85,7%, 100%, 98,9%, 14.3%. Kết luận: kết quả STHLG dưới hướng dẫn Tc-99m có thể chỉ điểm cho tình trạng di căn hạch vùng trong UTDV cN0 nguy cơ cao.
