REPORT 1 CASE OF CHYLOUS FISTULA AFTER OPERATING OF THYROID CANCER USING LIGASURE

Abstract
Chylous fistula is an uncommon complication of thyroid cancer. The rate of chylous fistula in patients with cervical lymphadenectomy is generally 1-2.5% according to Polisena's study [1]. Knowledge and handling are limited. To discuss the clinical symptoms, suspicions, and management of these complications, we would like to report a case recorded at the Thai Nguyen National Hospital after total thyroidectomy and bilateral cervical lymphadenectomy with chylous fistula that successfully managed.
