Abstract

Chylous fistula is an uncommon complication of thyroid cancer. The rate of chylous fistula in patients with cervical lymphadenectomy is generally 1-2.5% according to Polisena's study [1]. Knowledge and handling are limited.  To discuss the clinical symptoms, suspicions, and management of these complications, we would like to report a case recorded at the Thai Nguyen National Hospital after total thyroidectomy and bilateral cervical lymphadenectomy with chylous fistula that successfully managed.
