Tóm tắt
Ghép tim thận đồng thời là lựa chọn tối ưu cho bệnh nhân có hội chứng tim thận giai đoạn cuối. Chúng tôi thông báo ca lâm sàng ghép tim thận đồng thời thành công đầu tiên tại Việt Nam. Bệnh nhân nam 37 tuổi, bị suy thận mạn tính do bệnh thận IgA, đang chạy thận chu kỳ, suy tim giai đoạn cuối do bệnh cơ tim giãn, chức năng tâm thu thất trái nhỏ hơn 30%. Bệnh nhân được ghép tim và thận đồng thời từ người cho đa tạng chết não ngày 15/02/2023 tại bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Đức. Sau mổ diễn biến thuận lợi và ra viện sau 4 tuần. Chức năng tim và thận ghép tại thời điểm ra viện bình thường.
