Hóa chất dẫn đầu thêm vào hóa xạ đồng thời đã trở thành điều trị tiêu chuẩn mới trong ung thư vòm giai đoạn tiến triển tại chỗ tại vùng trong thời gian gần đây khi chứng minh được lợi ích về sống thêm. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp bệnh nhân nữ 48 tuổi, chẩn đoán ung thư vòm giai đoạn III (T3N1M0), được điều trị bằng phác đồ gemcitabine-cisplatin theo sau là hóa xạ đồng thời với kết quả đạt được khả quan.
