NỒNG ĐỘ TNF-ALPHA HUYẾT THANH TRÊN BỆNH NHÂN MÀY ĐAY MẠN TÍNH

Đặt vấn đề: Mày đay mạn tính là một bệnh da phổ biến và hay tái phát. Sinh bệnh học có liên quan mật thiết đến sự phóng thích histamin và các hoá chất trung gian hoạt hoá mạch máu của tế bào mast. Bên cạnh đó, nhiều nghiên cứ cho thấy rằng còn có sự tham gia của các chất trung gian tiền viêm, đặc biệt là các cytokine. Tumor necrosis factor - alpha (TNF-alpha) là một cytokine tiền viêm liên quan mật thiết đến phản ứng viêm, miễn dịch và ngứa. Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm dịch tễ, lâm sàng và xác định nồng độ TNF-alpha trong huyết thanh của bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính đến khám tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Dược TP. HCM. Đối tượng – Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích, gồm 60 bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính và 30 người khoẻ mạnh được đưa vào nghiên cứu trong khoảng thời gian từ tháng 10/2021 đến tháng 8/2022. Độ nặng của bệnh được đánh giá bằng thang điểm Urticaria Acitivity Score over 7 days (UAS7). Định lượng TNF-alpha huyết thanh bằng kỹ thuật ELISA, sử dụng bộ kít Avi Bion Human TNF-alpha. Kết quả: 60 bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính (18 nam và 42 nữ) độ tuổi trung bình là 35,8 ± 10,4 tuổi. Nồng độ TNF-alpha của nhóm bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính cao hơn nhóm người khỏe mạnh có ý nghĩa thống kê (p<0,001). Kết luận: Nồng độ TNF-alpha huyết thanh trên bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính cao hơn so với người khoẻ mạnh.
