Abstract

Objectives: Describe knowledge about gestational diabetes of pregnant women at Nam Dinh Provincial Obstetrics Hospital in 2022 and some related factors. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study on 60 pregnant women, using a toolkit to assess knowledge about gestational diabetes . Results: The number of pregnant women with adequate knowledge accounts for 51.7%; The number of pregnant women with inadequate knowledge accounts for 48.3%. The group of pregnant women over 35 years old has a knowledge rate 4,127 times higher than the age group 35 years old and under. Conclusion: Pregnant women's knowledge about gestational diabetes is not high. Need to provide more knowledge for pregnant women under 35 years old
