Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical and computed tomography angiography features in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage patients with “spot sign” positive. Subjects and methods: Clinical and computed tomography angiography characteristics of 24 spontaneous intracerebral  hemorrhage patients with “spot sign” positive. Results and conclusions: Male/female ratio = 1/1, the most common age are from 51 to 69 years old (41,6%). Hypertension in history occurs in 66,7% patients. 37,5% has ICH score 3 in noncontrast CT, the most common location of hematoma is basal ganglia and thalamus and 9/24 patients get “spot sign” score 3 after perfoming computed tomography angiography.
