Abstract

Objective: Recognize some rehabilitation needs and response capabilities of stroke patients at Nam Dinh Provincial General Hospital in 2022. Subjects and research methods: Using cross-sectional descriptive method, conducted on 120 patients waiting for cerebral exhaustion at Nam Dinh Provincial General Hospital from May 3 to May 2022. Results: Most patients with disorders in the study have a need for guidance and care support at a fairly high rate (over 89.2%). 4/31 contents were met by medical staff at a rate of over 95%, 16/31 contents were fully met by medical staff below 90%, and the majority of patients felt satisfied with the instructions. the guidance and care of medical and home staff during hospital treatment. Conclusion: Medical staff are interested in the contents of care according to doctor's orders, prescriptions or priority care contents, and the contents of instructions can demonstrate an independent role in the patient's care. Nurses still receive little attention. On the other hand, there is a large number of frozen diseases, so some content does not meet the needs of patients.
