Abstract

Objectives: Evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment acute neck pain of Khuong hoat thang thap thang with ultrasound therapeutic a number of factors affecting the results of treatment. Subjects and methods: The study was designed according to clinical intervention methods, conducted, compared before - after treatment, and compared with the control group on 60 patients diagnosed with acute neck pain and randomly divided into 2 groups: 30 patients in the study group treated by Khuong hoat thang thap thang with ultrasound therapeutic 30 patients in the control group treated the ultrasound therapeutic at Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital of Thanh Hoa Province from February 2022 to the end of November 2022. Results: After 15 days of treatment, all patients reduced VAS pain points, increasing the range of spinal movement, reducing NDI points. The overall treatment effect: in the study group: Good is 80%; Fairly 20%; In the control group: 50% is Good; Fairly: 50%; The effectiveness of treatment of the study group is higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). Factors of age, sex, duration of the disease do not affect the results of treatmen. Conclusions: Using Khuong hoat thang thap thang ultrasound therapy has a good effect on patients with acute neck and shoulder pain.
