THE STATUS OF STRESS OF NURSING AT GENERAL HOSPITAL HAI DUONG PROVINCE 2022

Abstract
Objectives: Describe the current state of stress in nurses at Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional design study was performed with the participation of 140 nurses working at Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital from May 16, 2022 to June 16, 2022. Results: The overall stress rate of nurses was 74.3%. The group of factors with the highest rate of stress are those related to the factors that witness pain, the patient's resistance when performing the procedure, the most stressful factor in this group is the invasive procedure that is painful for the patient. The group of triggers with the lowest rate of stress are those related to supportive factors from leaders and colleagues Conclusion: The stress rate of nurses is quite good
