Abstract

Objective: to evaluate the prevalence of anxiety disorder and the related factos among out patients with cardiovascular disease in Phu Tho provincial general hospital. Materials and methods: A coss-sectional descriptive study was performed on 160 out patients with cadiovasscular disease in Phu Tho provincial general hospital from 09/2023 to 11/2023. Result: The average of patients age is 70,56 ± 7,59. The rates of some common cardiovascular diseases are as follows: Coronary artery disease accounts for 54.4%; heart failure accounts for 11.2%; Simple hypertension accounts for 10%; Peripheral artery disease accounts for 10%; Patients with artificial heart valves account for 14.4%. The propotion of anxiety disorder was 22,5%. Mild, moderate and severe anxiety disorder were 10,6%; 8,8% và 3,1%. There is a significant weak positive relationship between age and GAD7 score. Conclusion: The propotion of anxiety disorder was 22,5%. There is a significant weak positive relationship between age and GAD7 score.
