A cross-sectional study was conducted on 314 patients at two months after knee arthroplasty during re-examination period. The multivariate logistic regression analysis was utilized to examine its associted factors. The findings revealed that 62.1% of patients reported good quality of life, and 37.9% reported poor quality of life. Factors such as exercise support from family/friends’ post-surgery and post-surgery pain were identified as significantly related to the patients' quality of life following knee arthroplasty. The study highlights the importance of fostering interdepartmental collaboration to facilitate the comprehensive physical and psychological recovery of patient’s post-surgery. Furthermore, there is a need for public awareness campaigns to educate patients' families about the pivotal role of exercise support from family/friends in enhancing post-surgery quality of life.
