STUDY ON SLEEP DISORDERS AND SOME FACTORS RELATED TO SLEEP DISORDERS IN ADULT ACNE PATIENTS AT CAN THO DERMATOLOGY HOSPITAL IN 2023

Abstract
Objectives: Describe the rate of sleep disorders and some factors related to sleep disorders in adult acne patients at Can Tho Dermatology Hospital in 2023. Materials and Method: cross sectional study design, 90 adult acne patients were surveyed about sleep disorders using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and a number of factors related to sleep disorders. Sleep. Patients are defined as having sleep disorders when they have poor sleep quality (PSQI>5 points). Results and conclusion: sleep disorders (poor sleep quality according to PSQI) account for the highest proportion with 65.56%, no sleep disorders (good sleep quality according to PSQI) account for 34.44%, time using electronic devices > 2 hours/day, nap duration >2 hours/day and nap frequency >3 times/week are related to sleep disorders
