ASSESSMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS IN LONG DISTANCE DRIVER

Abstract

Objectives:This study was carried out to assess the level of working conditions in long distance drivers. Methods: 200 male drivers with 40.9 ± 5.6  years of age and 12.4 ± 5.6 participated in this study. Drivers are measured some working environmental factors, psycho-physiological of work factors and assessment according to the official letter No. 2753/LĐTBXH-BHLĐ of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs. Results:The combined score of factors of working conditions in long distance drivers is 49.8 points; corresponding to level IV according to the classification of working conditions in Official Letter No. 2753/LĐTBXH-BHLĐ of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs. The number of element of working conditions with a score of ≥4 among evaluated working conditions factors is 5 element. Conclusion: it is necessary to improve working conditions for drivers to increase their ability to work and avoid harm effects on the health of workers when working for many years.
