SURGICAL WOUND INFECTION AFTER CLEAN TRAUMA ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY IN CAN THO CENTRAL GENERAL HOSPITAL

Abstract
Objective: To study the infection status in clean orthopedic trauma surgeries. Methods: Retrospective review of clean bone fusion, joint replacement, arthroscopy and spine surgery cases at the Orthopedic Trauma Center in 3 years (2020-2022). Results: 67 cases of infection after clean orthopedic surgery were recorded. Conclusion: Infection after orthopedic surgery remains a major challenge in treatment and leaves serious consequences for patients.
