EVALUATION OF PALATOPLASTY RESULTS IN PATIENTS WITH CONGENITAL DEFORMITIES AT E HOSPITAL

Abstract
Palatoplasty for Cleft Palate Patients at E Hospital Yields Positive Results. A study of 30 patients showed that 96.67% were able to eat normally after surgery, and 60% achieved good speech ability. The wound healing rate reached 86.67% at discharge and 90% after 3 months. Only 3.33% of patients experienced mild complications such as high fever or difficulty breathing. Patient satisfaction with the surgical results was 93.34%. These results affirm the success of the surgery in improving the quality of life for patients.
