Abstract

Objective: To Describe the clinical and paraclinical characteristics of relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Research subjects and methods: Cross-sectional prospective study conducted on 83 patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma treated with RGEMOX regimen at the Hematologic Oncology Department, K Hospital since 05/2019-03/2024. Results: The average age was 59.9 years-old; The male/female ratio was ~1/1; ECOG 0-1 accounts for 97.6%. Syndrome B occurs in 19.3% of patients; Patients with recurrence in lymph nodes account for 97.6%; Median lesion size was 4.2 cm. Bulky lesions accounted for 20.5%; There were 38 patients had extranodal lesions, accounting for 45.8%. The most common locations of lymph node lessions were abdominal lymph nodes (67.5%) and cervical lymph nodes (63.9%). Most patients had LDH within normal limits, accounting for 91.6%. There were 73 patients whose histopathology was DLBCL, accounting for 87.9%. Conclusions: The clinical and paraclinical features of relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma assist physicians in the early diagnosis and timely treatment of these patients
