EVALUATED THE SURGICAL RESULTS OF SENILE BLEPHAROPTOSIS TREATMENT AT HA NAM PROVINCE EYE HOSPITAL

Abstract
Objective: Evaluated the surgicak results of senile blepharoptosis treatment at Ha Nam province eye Hospital. Clinical intervention research. Patients and methods: Researched on 36 patients (69 eyes with senior psoriasis) at Ha Nam province eye Hospital. Results: - The rate of ptosis in both eyes was 33 patients (91.67%). Mild and moderate ptosis were the most common. - Good surgical results accounted 91.67%, average accounted 5.56%, poor results accounted 2.78%. - The degree of ptosis improved over time after discharge. The improvement in these indexes showed differences over time with p < 0.05. Conclusion: Surgery is an effective treatment to treat ptosis in the elderly at Ha Nam Province Eye Hospital.
