PARACLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FEMALE PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AT THE OUTPATIENT CLINIC OF HAI DUONG PROVINCIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL IN 2023

Abstract
Objective: Describe the paraclinical characteristics of female patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the outpatient clinic of Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital in 2023. Subjects and research methods: cross-sectional description, convenient sampling. Results: The average age of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was 56.35 ± 5.61. The average values of hematological indices in the group of rheumatoid arthritis patients were all within normal limits. The average RF and anti-CCP values in the patient group were 109.41 ± 88.02 UI/ml (93.3% positive, 6.7% negative), 131.17 ± 115.29 UI/ml (95% positive, 5% negative), respectively. The inflammatory indices CRP, 1-hour and 2-hour erythrocyte sedimentation in the group of rheumatoid arthritis patients were all significantly higher than normal (p<0.01). The proportion of patients in stages I, II, III, IV based on X-ray according to Steinbroker were: 33.3%, 40%, 21.7% and 5% respectively. Conclusion: Hematological indices of rheumatoid arthritis patients were normal, inflammatory indices increased compared to normal with statistical significance (p<0.01).
