Abstract

Strongyloides stercoralis infection is a common disease in tropical and subtropical regions, causing gastrointestinal lesions, including the rare complication of gastrointestinal bleeding due to diffuse gastric lesions. This case report presents a patient with gastrointestinal bleeding caused by diffuse gastric lesions due to Strongyloides stercoralis infection, highlighting the challenges in diagnosis and treatment, and contributing to raising awareness about early diagnosis and effective management in clinical practice.
