Abstract

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a group of malignant epithelial tumors of the kidney, accounting for more than 90% of all renal cancers. The overall metastasis rate in patients with T1 RCC is 2.3%, with the rate and location of metastasis significantly depending on the histological típ of the tumor. The treatment method for this group of patients is multimodal, with total nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy as the first-line treatment. Most patients continue to be treated with methods such as metastasis resection, radiotherapy, embolization, or systemic treatments like immunotherapy, chemotherapy, or treatment with mTOR inhibitors or TKIs. In this article, we report a case of T1N0M1 renal cancer with lung and bone metastases that was treated with partial nephrectomy and postoperative Panzopanib, and has been followed up stably. Through this clinical case, we reviewed the treatment methods in medical literature
