EVALUATION RESULTS MICROSURGERY FOR CEREBELLAROPPONTIN TUMOR IN HA NOI UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL

Abstract
Objective: Evaluation results microsurgery for cerebellaroppontin tumor in Ha Noi University Hospital. Method: Descriptive study of 24 patients diagnosed with cerebellaroppontin tumor and surgery in Ha Noi University Hospital from 1/2023 to 12/2024. Results: The male/female ratio was 1.4:1, with an average age of 42.3 ± 5.6 years. Clinical symptoms included: headache (58.3%), dizziness (33.4%), nausea (16.7%), gait disturbance (12.5%), cranial nerve palsy (12.5%), Vestibular nerve tumor (58.3%), trimeningeal nerve tumor (12.5%), and cavernoma (4.2%). Good outcomes were achieved in 95.8% of cases. Conclusions: Microsurgery for cerebellaroppontin is an effective and safe method.
