VALIDITY OF THE IOTA ADNEX MODEL FOR DIAGNOSIS THE OVARIAN CYSTS IN POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN AT THE NATIONAL HOSPITAL OF OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY

Abstract
Objective: This study aim to evaluate the value of IOTA ADNEX model in the diagnosis of benign – malignant levels of ovarian tumors in postmenopausal women before sugery at National Hospital of Obstetric and Gynecology. Marterial and Methods: The propestive study was conducted on 105 patients from January 2024 to December 2024 diagnosed ovarian cyst with the IOTA ADNEX model data collected before surgery and the pathological results were directly ovarian cyst. Results: In the optimal cut-off of 10%, IOTA ADNEX model showed the sensitivy and specificity of 82,4% and 76% with an area under the curve (AUC) was 0,8 (0695 – 0,905). Conclusion: During clinical examination, the density and mobility can determine the risk of benign or malignant. Using the IOTA ADNEX model will provide better reliability in distinguishing the risk of ovarian cysts.
