Abstract
Objective: To evaluate clinical outcomes of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using the all-inside technique at 108 Military Central Hospital. Methods: A prospective descriptive study was conducted on 335 patients who underwent all-inside ACL reconstruction between January 2023 and December 2024, with a minimum follow-up of 12 months. Functional outcomes were assessed using the Lysholm knee score and the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) grading system. Results: The mean Lysholm score improved significantly from 54.2 ± 8.6 preoperatively to 92.3 ± 4.8 at 12 months postoperatively. IKDC grading showed 63.9% grade A, 30.7% grade B, 5.4% grade C, and no grade D cases. Anatomical femoral tunnel placement according to the Bernard-Hertel method averaged 27.8% (proximal-distal axis) and 34.2% (anterior-posterior axis). No graft re-rupture was observed during follow-up. Conclusion: All-inside ACL reconstruction demonstrated favorable functional outcomes with a low complication rate at short-term follow-up.
