Abstract
Gastric adenocarcinoma and gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) are two types of gastric tumors that differ in their origin, malignancy, and frequency of appearance. The number of cases who have the coexistence of both these two tumors in the stomach is rare. Conclusion: We report a case with the presence of both gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) and gastric adenocarcinoma at the Department of General Surgery - Hospital 198
