Abstract

Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) has created a global pandemic. It has greatly affected lives, health care systems, and the global economy. According to statistics of the World Health Organization (WHO), by February 2022, more than 332 million people were infected with Covid - 19. , including more than 5.5 million deaths worldwide [1]. Currently, more than 9 billion doses of Covid-19 vaccine have been administered to people globally [1, 2]. However, there are limited data on vaccine adverse reactions in Vietnamese. That is why, we carry out the research with the goal: to survey knowledge, attitudes, and adverse events after vaccination against Covid 19. From there, there are measures to prevent, overcome, and limit these complications. happened to the people. Subjects, research methods: A cross-sectional description of the responses of people who received the Covid-19 vaccine were randomly and conveniently collected nationwide through an online questionnaire with https://forms.gle/ b38yFZ25EJKqnjjp6. Results: Mean age 28.8± 10.9; Four vaccines were administered (Comirnaty, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Verocell). Most of them find out information about covid 19 vaccine (91.9%), the main source of information is from social networks, online newspapers (93.8%), 93,5 % are willing to vaccinate (96.7%), and given that the benefit outweighs the risk (90.3%), however, they want to be selective about the vaccine (96.7%), are concerned about adverse reactions occurring (95.5%). 35.4%. There were 89.9% cases of adverse events after injection, of which 32.1% had 5 or more events; There were no serious events requiring hospitalization, the main events were muscle pain (56.2%), mild fever (51.6%), fatigue (66.2%), swelling and pain at injection site ( 30.8%), headache (55.8%). There were 19/308 cases of high fever over 39 degrees. Currently, the relationship between nose 1 and nose 2 has not been recorded; Among the Covid 19 vaccines, drinking habits with the frequency of events P> 0.05, the results showed that the Verocell vaccine had a lower frequency of events than AstraZeneca P < 0.05. Conclusion: People all agree that the Covid-19 vaccine brings benefits that outweigh the risks. Adverse reactions occurred such as mild fever, headache, fatigue, muscle pain… No serious events requiring hospitalization were recorded. Currently, the relationship between nose 1 and nose 2 has not been recorded; Between Covid 19 vaccines, drinking habits and frequency of events, the results showed that the Verocell vaccine had a lower frequency of events than AstraZeneca.
