Abstract

In this study, we developed a rapid and accurate quantitative analysis of Chloramphenicol and Florfenicol residues in poultry meat by UPLC-MS/MS. Conditions of mass spectrometry include chromatographic column: C18; 50 × 2,1mm; 1.7µm, mobile phase: ACN: 0.1% Formic Acid in water (90:10), flow rate: 0.3mL/min, injection volume: 2µL. Our method presented satisfactory results in terms of sensitivity, precision, accuracy, and recovery of quantitatively analyzing simultaneous Chloramphenicol and Florfenicol residues in poultry meat. This method has been proved to be fast, reliable and reproducible to accurately analyze Chloramphenicol and Florfenicol.
