THE VALUE OF COMBINATION BETWEEN NT-proBNP AND GRACE SCORE FOR CARDIOVASCULAR EVENT’S PROGNOSTIC IN THE PATIENTS WITH ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION AT THAI NGUYEN NATIONAL HOSPITAL

Abstract
Objective: Evaluation of the prognostic cardiovascular events’ value when combining NT-proBNP with the GRACE score on study. Methods: The study was conducted on 62 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: There is a statistically significant difference about NT-proBNP and GRACE score between the group has events and the other. NT-proBNP≥ 3855,0 pmol/L combines GRACE ≥ 143,5 had significant predictive of cardiovascular events at the time the patients was admitted to the hospital. Conclusion: Combining NT-proBNP and GRACE score at the time the patients was admitted to the hospital had significant predictive of cardiovascular events in the patients with acute myocardial infarction.
