High-risk cases of bleeding will be treated by MTX injections systematically and locally then all aspirated. The treatment success rate of the aspiration group alone was 93.1%, the combination group was 70%, the overall success rate was 87.2%. Conclusion: The method of aspiration alone and the combination with MTX is an effective treatment for CSP between 8-10 weeks gestation.
