RESULTS OF COMPLETE CARBONATION OF FIBROIDS BY LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY AT A THAI NGUYEN HOSPITAL'S OBSTETRICS DEPARTMENT

Abstract
In recent years, the trend of laparoscopic surgery and less invasive surgery is growing strongly. Laparoscopic surgery has partially replaced open surgery and brought many good results for patients. When applying laparoscopic surgery to remove the uterus, it will bring many advantages to the patient compared to open surgery through the abdomen, including: shortening hospital stay, quickly recovering to normal state. After surgery, reduce the rate of complications, ensure aesthetics. Our study was conducted on 83 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgery at A Thai Nguyen hospital with the goal: “Evaluate the results of complete hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids by laparoscopic surgery. endoscopy at A Thai Nguyen hospital” from January 2015 to September 2020 by descriptive research method, the result of performing uterine fibroid surgery by laparoscopic method was 92.8%.
