Abstract

In this study, we developed a rapid and accurate quantitative analysis of Salbutamol, Ractopamine and Clenbuterol residues in poultry meat by UPLC-MS/MS. Conditions of mass spectrometry include chromatographic column: C18; 100×2,1mm; 1.7µm, mobile phase: ACN (0.1% Formic Acid): 0.1% Formic Acid in water (appropriate ratio), flow rate: 0.2mL/min, injection volume: 1µL. Our method presented satisfactory results in terms of sensitivity, precision, accuracy, and recovery of quantitatively analyzing simultaneous Salbutamol, Ractopamine and Clenbuterol residues in poultry meat. This method has been proved to be fast, reliable and reproducible to accurately analyze Salbutamol, Ractopamine and Clenbuterol.
