Abstract

Objectives: To describe characteristics and some factors affecting HbA1c levels in patients with type 2 diabetes at Hanoi Medical University Hospital in 2021. Subjects: 323 patients diagnosed with diabetes Type 2 outpatient examination and treatment at the Medical Department of Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Methods: Cross sectional description. Results and conclusions: Poor physical activity, duration of disease ≥5 years, female gender, non-adherence to medication, hypertension, and poor knowledge of the disease were factors affecting the increase. increased HbA1c in patients with type 2 diabetes.
