KNOWLEDGE SURVEY ABOUT HEART FAILURE DISEASE IN PATIENT WITH HEART FAILURE AT E HOSPITAL HANOI IN 2021

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate knowledge about heart failure in patien with heart failure at E Hospital Hanoi in 2021. Methods: cross-sectional descriptive study with a convenient sampling method, sample size was 91 patients. Results: The scores range from 0 to 15, the average knowledge score of the patients was 8.05± 2,157: The patient's general knowledge about heart failure was limited, the knowledge about heart failure treatment was relatively high and the knowledge about symptoms and treatment of heart failure was relatively high, and recognizing the symptoms of heart failure was low. Conclusion: The study shows that the current status of knowledge of heart failure patients was not high. Recommendations: Nurses have an important role in providing knowledge about heart failure to patients in order to patients can detect complications, they know how to take care of themselves to prevent possible complications and timely treatment
