Abstract

Objectives: to analyze the activities and outcomes of caring for stroke patients after rehabilitation at the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine in 2021. Subjects and methods: A prospective description on 138 patients with cerebral stroke after rehabilitation. Outcomes: Rehabilitation care activities such as monitoring for abnormal signs, nutritional care, infection prevention, or rehabilitation of motor, respiratory, swallowing, and language skills were conducted regularly for the patient; patient's results improved a lot in terms of movement and degree of paralysis; The ability to be independent in daily life has increased markedly. Conclusion: the patient's motor function and independence in daily life increased significantly after 15 days and 30 days of rehabilitation care since the resettlement.
