Main Article Content
Abstract
Evaluating the analgesic effect of ketorolac combined with paracetamol in unilateral cleft lip surgery in children were conducted on 60 patients from 6 to 12 months old who had unilateral cleft lip surgery at the National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology Ha Noi from 6-2020 to 10-2020; Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to even and odd surgery days. Group F (control group, n = 30) patients with even day surgery: use fentanyl, group K (n = 30) patients with odd day surgery: use ketorolac combined with paracetamol. Evaluation is based on the following criteria: general characteristics, level of anesthesia, pain level, changes on heart - circulation. General characteristics, anesthesia, pain level, heart rate, blood pressure in group K were not significantly different (with p > 0.05) compared with group F.Therefore, the using ketorolac in combination with paracetamol in unilateral cleft lip surgery in young children has good analgesic effect.
