THE STATUS OF EVALUATING THE DILIGENCE SCORE AT HAI DUONG MEDICAL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract
Objective: Describe the status of evaluating the diligence score at Hai Duong Medical Technical. University and propose solutions to improve diligence assessment management efficiency. Methods: a descriptive cross-sectional survey of 144 lecturers teaching the courses and 1102 students of different majors at Hai Duong Medical Technical University. Results: 97.2% - 100% of lecturers have publicly disseminated the diligence score rate, announced the scores and evaluated the diligence scores at the beginning of the course. The main criteria for assessing diligence scores: are attending enough classes in class (86.1%), a sense of compliance in learning (76.4%), and completing assigned self-study tasks: 87.5%. 100% of lecturers have difficulty in assessing students' diligence. 55.6% did not have clear and specific regulations on the criteria for evaluating diligence scores. 55.5% of students are not satisfied with teachers' diligence scores. Reason: There is a difference in the assessment of diligence scores among lecturers (87.1%); There are no clear and specific criteria for evaluating diligence scores (46.6%); Assessment of diligence scores is not fair: 33.5%; 75% of students and 90.3% of lecturers think that it is necessary to issue regulations on assessment of diligence score.
