SOME FACTORS AFFECTING THE BURDEN OF CARING FOR SCHIZOPHRENIC PATIENTS INPATIENT TREATMENT AT HUNG YEN PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL UNTIL 2020

Abstract
Research objectives: Analyzing a number of factors affecting the burden of care for people with schizophrenia for inpatient treatment at Hung Yen Psychiatric Hospital in 2020. Subjects and research methods: The study describes the cross-section on 95 people who directly care for the mentally ill inpatient treatment at Hung Yen Psychiatric Hospital from January 2020 to April 2020. Results and conclusions: The number of factors related to the care burden of the primary caregiver of the schizophrenic patient (p<0.05): on the patient's side, include: marital status, educational level, number of relapses disease onset, comorbidities and ability to work; primary caregivers include: age, gender, marital status and comorbidities. There are a number of factors affecting the burden of care for patients such as: age, gender, marital status, educational background, number of disease recurrences and ability to work with comorbidities.
